So, it's officially happening...
After months of consideration, conversations with my family, discussions with close friends, and meetings with other coaches, I decided to take the plunge into solopreneurship. As of Aug. 2nd, all of my working energy will be focused on building Broken Compass Coaching into the business I've been dreaming of for years.
At 47 years old, I'm walking away from the security of my full-time corporate job as a Marketing Director, a position and a career I've worked extremely hard to achieve over the last 12 years.
As I've told many folks so far, I'm 33.3% excited as hell, 33.3% scared as hell, and 33.3% "holy shit, I can't believe I'm actually doing this".
But, I've had multiple coaches over the years push me in conversations an impress upon me, "If it doesn't scare you, you're not thinking or dreaming big enough."
So, here I sit. Scared as hell and I couldn't be happier.
