I’m Clay Deal, an iPEC trained professional coach and the owner of two small businesses. Having launched several ventures, I know first-hand the struggles of balancing various roles and responsibilities, while maintaining a work-life balance. My experience and training allows me to offer you tailored coaching that meets you where you are and helps you achieve your goals.
In addition to being a professional coach, I'm a dad, husband, and a marketing director with over 12 years experience. So I too wear many hats. When not working, I LOVE traveling, playing darts or bags, and spending time with family and friends.
